Two-pack system of epoxy primer barrier coating designed for use on ceramic tile & concrete floor surface which provide good adhesion to the substrate. It is suitable for use as tie coat between concrete substrate and colour flakes or to be use as tie coat between concrete substrate and solvent based topcoat such as Smart Epoxy BE4 or BE5 Finish.
